Outfit Post - Lace Tights

I've had these tights for 2 months or so, but I kept putting them in odd places and losing them. This morning I found them again! They are from Fred Meyer, as are my shoes. My dress is 1970's Nordstrom from Goodwill.

      You can! Black is the easiest and most wonderful colour to wear!
